Keena On The Daily
Thirty Day Challenge Begins Today!
DAY ONE
5/12/20
Corona Virus (Covid-19) has caused a major shift in the world and how we go about our daily, whatever the daily for each of us might be. Personally, I am an essential person and needed on a regular basis as a caregiver. I get out most days picking up supplies or giving assistance where needed.
There are many others that do not have the liberty of moving about as freely. Some people are in nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities and without the ability to get around. There are others that are sheltering in for safety precautions and some are continually practicing social distancing which in turn keeps isolation measures at the forefront. Whatever it is that is going on in our lives, we are searching for something that will occupy our minds in a healthy way. We continue searching for something to do other than feeding our desires with food or other mindless activities.
I decided I would do something different for the next thirty days and perhaps even after that if all goes well. Join me as I do something new and interesting each day. In addition to doing something each day, part of the challenge is using what you already have without going out and purchasing something new. If you must purchase something new, let us know what you purchased and why it was needed. Get engaged with an activity of some sort and post on this site or my YouTube channel and let us know what it is you are doing. Perhaps someone else will like and try your idea or you might find something new from someone else’s post. Search for me on YouTube. Let’s keep up with each other and be an encouragement as we discover new ideas together. Go to my YouTube channel and search for Keena Small. #keenaonthedaily.
Happy Launching:)

I made the fire starters with paper towel and toilet paper rolls, candle wax, dryer lint, leftover buttered popcorn, tissue paper and used paper towels.
