I was contemplating today about the opportunities for plant growth and the conditions they grow in. The Thyme plant is know for it’s fragrance and wonderful taste in many recipes. Some people grow Thyme in their gardens and some buy it fresh in the open markets. I suppose it doesn’t matter how one arrives at acquiring the plant as long as the opportunity for enjoyment is there. The plant is low growing and does well in dry and sunny conditions.

As I was thinking about how the plant can thrive in conditions that seem unconventional for us lively humans, I thought about what we need for a thriving environment. If we spent our Thyme 🙂 or should I say Time in a place or position of being overheated, or in a dry place what would be the outcome? This year has been challenging for many people and one could feel as if the dry spell has taken over. The one thing about a drought or a dry spell is, the rain eventually comes. We are not able to control when the much needed moisture will arrive, but we can stay in a place of hope and faith that it will eventually show it’s lovely drops upon the dry places in our lives.

Thyme and Time again, we see the same results for both the plant and the space of time. They both have a beginning and end. What takes place in the middle is up to the person in control of how they are used.
